Support Membership information
All Memberships will be offered with any service provided by Dynamic IT & Business Consultants. A 12 month membership to the DITBC community will give 10% off the quoted price of any service.
Standard Support Membership: ($9.99 per month – or -- $99.99 per year ) – With this membership you will receive 2 hours of basic support a month, 2 hours of free phone support, as well as a discounted rate of $25.00 an hour on additional hours needed. (Current rate is $45 hr.) You will also receive discounted rates on a company website if you forsee that in your companies future.
Platinum Support Membership: ($29.99 per month – or -- $319 per year) – The Platinum membership not only gives you everything the standard membership provides, but also the following benefits. You will receive up to 6 hours on-site support for your hardware and software and free phone support each month, and up to 50% off regular rates for additional services needed. For no additional cost, Dynamic IT & Business Consultants will work with your staff to prepare for all of your future technical needs. You will also receive discounted rates on a company website if you forsee that in your companies future.
Titanium Support membership: ($59.99 per month – or -- $675 per year) -- The Titanium membership not only gives you everything the Standard and Platinum do, but also these great benefits. You will receive free on-site support for your hardware and software needs within a 30 miles radius of one of our technical consultants. Outside of that radius you will still receive free support with a small traveling fee. Sign up for this plan and have us build your company website and we will take 30% off of the quoted price of your website.
Custom Support memberships: Dynamic IT knows that each business has different needs. If none of the above memberships will fit your needs, let us create a membership for you based on your requirements. Choose this membership and one of our consultants will contact you for a free quote.
